Steph has 10+ years of experience in the industry and has worked with hundreds of athletes and clients all over the world from both a nutrition, strength training, and general fitness aspect across a variety of levels.

She has a heavy background in strength and conditioning which she began while completing her degree at the University of Waterloo, before specializing in Powerlifting in early 2016. In addition to running a successful coaching business where she works with beginner to national level powerlifting athletes both in person and online, some of her most notable achievements is winning the 57kg Open Class on Team Canada at the 2019 NAPF Championships in Costa Rica, and winning the Ontario JR Provincial Championships in the 57kg class in 2016.

Steph is very involved within the powerlifting and strength community as an athlete and a coach, and her level of care and intuitive nature sets herself apart from the rest.

Professional Life: 

  • University of Waterloo Alumni (Liberal Studies Major)

  • 10+ years of coaching experience (began volunteering coaching gymnastics at the age of 15)

  • University of Waterloo Strength and Conditioning Coach 

  • Ran various off season hockey and lacrosse dryland summer training camps for various teams, from peewee to OHL.

  • Refined coaching expertise to powerlifing & strength training in 2016
